Customs fees

Based on the location your order is being shipped to, you may or may not have to pay customs fees. Some factors that determine customs fees includes but are not limited to, the order value, country limits, country laws and regulations, and other factors.

Returns and exchanges

For returns, we allow returns up to 60 days after your products have been received. 

Due to the nature of our business and most items being custom made, we do not accept exchanges unless it: 

- does not fit properly;
- is different from what was ordered; 
- contains defaults or is not properly done.
